In order to present a poster at the DLR Conference on Climate Change you have to send your abstract on or before the abstract submission deadline.
• Abstract submission: March 23, 2018 - No late submissions will be accepted.
Please note:It is no longer possible to submit an abstract.
• Results of the abstract review notified to authors: March 29, 2018
• Final conference registration for all presenters: April 6, 2018
You can´t submit abstracts without firmly registering to the conference.
Depending on the total number of abstracts we receive, it might be necessary to limit the number of poster presentations. If your poster presentation should be declined, you can chancel the conference registration without any costs.

SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT
Abstracts sent by fax or email will not be accepted.
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. Final decision on poster presentation is subject to the decision of the Program Committee. You are required to submit only one version of your abstract. Please also note that depending on the total number of abstracts we receive, it might be necessary to limit the number of poster presentations given by the same participant.
Your abstract should fit on one DIN A4 size page and should be formatted as described in the following PDF-Document. All abstracts must be submitted in English.
We recommend that you carefully read the instructions and view the abstract template before preparing and submitting abstracts.
Authors will be informed if the abstract has been accepted for a poster presentation by March 29, 2018 by Scientific Program Committee. Following the submission of your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
